What level do you need to be at to join CrossFit?

We suggest getting started with our “On-Ramp” program. This special offer includes six private or semi-private classes, all depending on your personal preference! On-Ramp helps you figure out your goals, learn how to safely use equipment and acclimate to our gym environment. 

Incredibly priced personal or semi-personal training start-up package:

$90 for six classes!

Any level! We can help you reach your goals by customizing our workouts to match your comfort level. There can be many levels of difficulty in every class, but we will show you ways to accomplish these workouts and achieve a higher level of personal fitness. We are here to help you reach your goals.

 You need to show-up and be open to new and exciting ways to be fit, that’s it!

 While CrossFit challenges the world’s fittest, the program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.

We’re strict on form, movement, standards, and safety. You will be coached here. Guided and led by individuals who have studied CrossFit, made it their major, and continue to learn as practitioners and coaches.
