Working out to improve your fitness can be a challenging endeavor. However, it's always easier when you have a community of people right there with you trying to accomplish the same thing. All of our coach led classes consist of up to 10 people working towards their fitness goal in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Using a barbell for some can be intimidating. In barbell class we focus on the various techniques to help folks get stronger, more comfortable and more confident using the barbell. Utilizing this class will not only improve your health but will improve your skills with this piece of equipment. Great for veterans of CrossFit and Newbies alike!

The Functional Bodybuilding Class focuses on building strength using various movements and equipment using more traditional weightlifting methods paired with some aspect of endurance. A great supplemental class for building strength which will carry over into the other workouts you do throughout the week.
Thursday 5:30pm
CrossFit is not limited to a specific age group, and seniors can also benefit from this fitness program. With age-appropriate modifications and a focus on individual needs, CrossFit can provide numerous benefits for seniors, including improved strength, mobility, balance, and overall quality of life. CrossFit is a dynamic fitness path with unlimited potential for scaling workouts and movements to ones fitness level. At CrossFit Breakdown we think that age is just a number and that there is no age limit to fitness.
