CrossFit Kids is designed to be BIG fun for kids for ages 6-12. Broad, inclusive, healthy fun! We make getting OFF the couch and OFF electronics exciting and engaging. CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. The physical needs of your children now are the same skills they will need as teenagers and adults. Get your children on the right path for their future endeavors, whether that be varsity sports or just living a healthy and active lifestyle. It all starts now! 

Further, the needs of second graders and high-school varsity wrestlers differ by degree of intensity and not kind; the program is scalable for any age or experience level that can be found in a room full of kids. CrossFit Kids is designed to be minimalistic, it often requires little or no equipment. This is ideal for children to continue their training at home after receiving guidance in the class environment.

Kids Program

$75 per 4 week session (2 classes per week)

Tuesday 3:30 pm - 4:15pm

Thursday 3:30pm - 4:15pm

Saturday 11:00am - 12:00pm

Sunday 11:00am - 12:00pm



Teen Program

$100 per month (3 classes per week)

Class Times

Wednesday 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Friday 4:30pm - 5:30pm

Sunday 10:00am - 11:00am

The weekday classes will be held alongside the regular crossfit class.
